Message of the Principal

Education is a dynamic process of growth. Education is determined by what life means to an individual and the society, what one aims at and what kind of lifestyle is considered good for oneself. From the individual's standpoint, student has to be helped to develop physically, morally, intellectually, socially and spiritually. From the point of view of the society, the child has to be helped to develop vocationally and civically.

The school is the major institution set up by the society for the individual's development and transmission of knowledge, values and cultural heritage. The schooling period coincides with the stage of rapid growth and the stage of exploration. While in school, students have to gradually adjust to the demands of reaching the expected minimum learning level, observance of rules, adjustment with teachers and classmates and survive competition and peer pressure.

Students have to adjust to their own anxieties, fantasies, fears, frustrations, aggression, jealousy and aspirations too. Failure to resolve problems and to make adjustments tends to lead the students to emotional and social maladjustment.
